PAC- WHAT IS PAC?

PAC stands for Political Action Committee. We do fund raising and collect donations from our Rural Carrier Union members. It is the only way our National Board raises money that is used to lobby and educate our congressmen and women regarding the issues and bills that are important to the Rural Carriers and their families. Money is raised by donations. The donations are purely voluntary. They are not withheld in your union dues. Your active support and
participation enables the NRLCA to advocate for
you. They deal with legislation that concerns
the interests of active and retired Rural Carriers.
It is a way to help protect our jobs. For
example, the Postal Reform bill that was
recently passed.
